Public adjusters represent policyholders in property insurance claims. The work is deadline-driven and document-heavy: statutory deadlines that vary by state, carrier correspondence that has to be answered in writing, estimates, photo documentation, and signed representation agreements.

ClaimStation puts that on one screen. It tracks every open claim and its phase, calculates and warns on statutory deadlines, stores carrier correspondence against the claim it belongs to, generates dispute documentation, and handles client intake and electronic signature of representation agreements.

ClaimStation was built by working public adjusters for their own firm before it was offered to anyone else. The people who designed the deadline logic are the people who have to meet those deadlines. That is also why the platform is operated by an adjusting firm rather than a general software company.

Firms using ClaimStation send their clients an intake link on this domain, in the form claim-station.com/firm — for example, Nations Public Adjusting's intake form is at claim-station.com/npa. That page collects the information needed to open a claim and then emails the representation agreement for electronic signature.
